The motel's reception is small, and the noise from the nearby highway is unbearable. Rooms are dark and musty, in dire need of renovation, with sticky carpets and rusty sinks. The limited breakfast options ran out quickly, and the location feels unsafe at night, with litter strewn nearby. However, there was a decent public transport option right outside, making it easy to reach more attractive areas.

Nothing about this place is good! ! The only thing that made it bearable was the one friendly guy at the front desk who actually tried to help me, but he could only do so much.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but all I got was disappointment! !

The location stands out with its proximity to various dining options and local sights, making it easy to explore practically anything nearby. Despite the room's smoking odor, I found it reasonably comfortable for a one-night stay, which allowed for a decent rest after a long day.
Upon entering the room, an unpleasant smell struck me, clearly from smoking, despite my request for a non-smoking unit. The cleanliness was questionable. I noticed stains on the carpets and an overall lack of upkeep in the restroom areas. Additionally, the so-called continental breakfast was meager, offering only a few stale options, which left a lot to be desired—definitely not what one expects when waking up in the morning.

I stayed for a night and found the location convenient. There were various dining options nearby that captured my interest. I enjoyed the outdoor space and the atmosphere as I walked around after checking in. However, I had to deal with a frustrating check-in process where I couldn’t get my money back for a room that didn’t meet my standards. It was a hassle for me.

The experience was disappointing from the start, with dirty restrooms that needed immediate cleaning upon arrival. A disturbing encounter with bedbugs made for a sleepless night, leading to an unhelpful response from the management who refused a refund. My friend, who paid for our rooms, faced additional unexpected charges the next day, compounding our frustrations.

The room was pretty rough. It had a musty smell and some bugs on the wall. The rain leaked inside, which was super annoying. The carpet was damp and felt gross. The beds were clean but the whole place needs a serious upgrade. Definitely not a comfortable stay.

I enjoyed the trolley access to downtown, which made exploring San Antonio easy. My stay was marked by a basic but serviceable breakfast, and I appreciated the quick access to local eateries. A tip for future guests, opt for a room away from the highway.

missingWrote a review on Jul 15convenient diningeasy parkingpoor cleanliness
The location had nearby dining options with a variety of choices, which was convenient for meals. Parking was available directly outside the building, making access to the room fairly easy.
The overall cleanliness left much to be desired, with various smudges and hairs present in the room upon first glance. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room, exacerbated by a mildew-like smell that pervaded the space. Wi-Fi connectivity was unreliable, with numerous unsecured networks cluttering the available choices, making it frustrating to connect. Breakfast choices were limited to a few pastries and slices of bread, hardly enough to fill anyone up. The bathroom had inadequate lighting and a stained tub that raised concerns over cleanliness.
